A new chapter
As the very first post of this blog I just want to say this. This is not something I’m beginning because I think I can make money from it, nor do I think I have something really cool to tell you, or the fact that I think I’m cool and believe you will want to read it…. if that makes sense. This blog is purely for me to get things off my chest & because there will be a day when I’ll look back at this and be happy I recorded thoughts and ideas. Also these post are not proofread, therefore there will many spelling and grammar errors (thanks for understanding).
So lets begin.
I left my well paid job to start a new business venture. This business venture is not something I can do alone, nor can I do because I have money. This is going to be one hell of an adventure. Whats this business venture. I want to run my own bar. Yes a bar that has beer taps and serves cocktails & great food.
Its going to be a long journey, but I have been working in the hospitality for over 10 years and believe I know a thing or two about running an hotel. I’ve successfully run my own business before and sold it, I have managed one of Sydney biggest hotels, and have had my fair share breaking up drunken brawls. Now its my turn to run my own establishment…
